A proclamation of Peace
I sweat the blood of anguish no longer
My struggle against increasing consciousness finished
Embracing for all eternity Life’s unconditional love and guidance
I am at peace
Amen

A proclamation of Peace
Bodily Form and Change
Everyday whether we admit it or not, our bodily form is changing. I now love my form, whatever form that might be. Come to a place where you do too. Be happy to have a body, but don’t allow it to define you, because if it does, you will have no peace in your soul as it changes. Practice living Life so that all the resistance is gone. Take it all out. Let go the whole idea of bodily form around which our culture places so much emphasis. As your life becomes more and more balanced, honest, peaceful, what else can you do but accept change, learn from it, love it, embrace it. And remind yourself everyday that it’s going to change. -Dr. Keith Jordan, Excerpt from “The Practice”

A Poem of Surrender
A Poem of Surrender
- Dr. Keith Jordan 3/13/12
I awoke from a dream
To find myself a slave
I struggled to find out
Who was holding me hostage
Everything within me said I had to escape
That there was no life to be had in this place
I continue to struggle to break free of what I perceived were chains
The more I struggled the tighter they became
Exhausted I called out in vain
What is this force that holds me so tight?
What is this force, that I fight against with all my might?
An answer came, not the one I would expect
It is I who created you, now be still while I untangle you
You are all wrapped up in yourself
I heard you screaming and have come to rescue you
The more you fight the worse you wound yourself
Now be still and allow me to save you
I sat in stillness feeling only love and comfort from that point on
A greater sense of true freedom fell upon
A lightness and purity I could never achieve
A oneness with all, was all I could perceive
Death and Loss and our Intuition
If you’re in a space of peace and then experience an illness and pass away, what then? There you are, okay with it all! You realize that you were in a space of peaceful balance, so there was nothing else to do, nothing that could be done. You are present to your perceived death (for Life is eternal); you are peaceful. You accept your death as necessary for reasons that you will never know or understand. So there’s no more worry or fear. Can you imagine that?
Using our intuition, we can overcome any emotional experience, any experience based in time, any personal choice- and sink into oneness with whatever Life brings.
Applying the intuitive way to all of Life including death and loss is not something that will help you alone. It’s something you do for everyone around you. It’s a light you shine on every person you meet- whether they know it or not.

The primary work I do with people
Our lives and all our experiences are, generally speaking, appropriate for the development of our highest consciousness. This is most often the primary work I do with people who come to me for teaching and healing — helping them finally get their minds around the fact that all their Life experiences — positive and negative — were necessary, good, and entirely sent for the sole purpose of developing their consciousness. Excerpt from “The Practice” -Dr. Keith
The Practice
Please remember to all who are reading The Practice; Read it and be reminded and taught the truths of life but, then practice them every moment. It is in the practice of The Practice, that the true power of the teachings becomes undeniable, and the momentary awareness of Gods presence is revealed. I love life with all that I am.

open our hearts
It’s time to lay down our swords, shields and armor. Open up our hearts and allow ourselves to experience life the way God intended us to- as one. There is no difference between you and another. They have experienced the same pain- they have memories of suffering as you do. They have the same distrust that separates them from God as you do. Not a God of religion, not a God of war, not a God of distrust. But the God of love. There is only one source. When we accept that- we accept that we are one within that one and all others are one with us with in that same one. It is short of impossible to not unconditionally love those that God perfectly puts in our lives. For when we love them we love ourselves and when we love ourselves we love them. Be at peace when you walk now, your load should be lighter. The things you have left behind are of no use to you any longer. Trust and have faith that love is all you really need.

Energy matrix
Part of the energy matrix of our being allows us to have an infinite capacity to remember. The problem is what we remember and refuse to forget if traumatic defines us in an unhealthy, painful and obstructive space- to the flow of life coming.
the light that we are
We fall into a pattern of perceiving ourselves a negative. How comfortable we are at looking at what we are not and finding ourselves based on that instead of all that we are. As learned as it is, as heavy as its burden- we find comfort in it. Why? Because what we really are is unbelievable- because what we really are is beyond our comprehension and because what we truly are would make all the things we know about ourselves seem totally insignificant and in doing so would rob us of the cherished identity of separateness that we cling to with everything that we have. Why? Why do we go through all that to cling onto something that does nothing but bring pain? To not only us but to others around us. Why? Because we believe there’s a choice. We believe there really is a negative and a positive. We believe there really is a darkness. When in reality all there is is light. All there is is the light we came from and the light that we are.
