Dr. J We like simple.
LESSON 3:  Simple is good.
Dr. J You know not thinking, being simple.
LESSON 3:  Silence.
Dr. J Ok you are in a space of balance.
LESSON 3:  Good.
Dr. J Which is really awesome for you, considering the odd situations you have been through at school.
LESSON 3:  Silence.
Dr. J Liver comes up as a potential space of imbalance that if you were going to get unbalanced it would go through liver energy and what comes up under liver is I want.  When I ask what you want you say I want people to get it.  I want them to get it.  I ask you why, why do you want people to get it?  You say “so they’ll be happy!”  “So they will enjoy their life, so they will enjoy, so they will be at peace.”  And I answer to all of those wonderful intentions “that’s great that’s very great just don’t want it, don’t want that for anybody.”  Why not?  Because you want it, you have an attachment to it.  You have an attachment to them getting it or not getting it.  There is a part of you that may try if you want.  Don’t even want, don’t even desire because it has nothing to do with you.  You must be it, not with any part of you wanting someone else to get it.  You must be it with everything.  If there is a part of you that wants someone to get it then you are not truly being it.  If there is a part of you that needs someone to get it then there is a part of you truly not being it.  If there is a part of you that is worried or concerned that part of you is not being it.  There is only love, loving them for exactly the space they are in and being.  Knowing in your deepest sense of consciousness the space that they are in is exactly the space they are meant to be in and to want for them to be in any space other than that isn’t being it.  Now I’m framing this for you around an individual, any individual, it doesn’t matter.  Now I’m gonna kinda take the frame and I’m gonna bring it back to a wide angle.  This is how you have to feel about the entire field of life.  This is the way you need to experience the entire field of life.  Never wanting it to be something different than it is.  Never desiring it to be something different than it is.  Never needing it or hoping it is something different than it is because as soon as you do this, you are not it, you are not one with it.  You are shifting out of the oneness and having an opinion or a judgment.  And that part of you, as small as it may be now, that shifts out of that space, is no longer it.  And then you are asking someone to see something that you have stepped out of balance to show them and if you are stepping out of balance, even a little bit, to see what someone else needs or wants, you’re not it.  You’ve let go of it to help someone.  It’s the deep seeded belief that we must go into imbalance to help and save people, when in essence, the way they are experiencing life is absolutely fine.  We cannot, in a space of absolute balance, approach another being in this space with any pattern in us looking at them in a way of wrongness.  Make sense?
LESSON 3:  Yes.
Dr. J Because there is nothing wrong, even if they are suffering, even if they are in pain, even if they are dying of something.  Is there any wrongness in any of that?
LESSON 3:  No.
Dr. J No.  There is no wrongness in the experience.  We always want to simply approach it in a way that hopes, not even hopes, that has the intention of bringing about a greater depth of understanding, wisdom, intuitive knowing into their life.  Because with that, if we can enrich their experience with that, never judging their experiences being wrong, we are only helping them come to a deeper awareness and understanding of how right their experience truly is for where they are at.  This has been the primary cause for people having a disharmonious relationship with the experience of life.  Their perception constantly wants to point out what is wrong or right, threatening or safe, good or bad, hot or cold.  It constantly wants to point out and interpret life in terms of what is ok, not ok, what should be changed what isn’t right and we make those opinions and judgments based upon our past life and present life experiences and the belief system that we have come to accept as the truth.  Right?
LESSON 3:  Mmm Hmmm.
Dr. J All of that you know is false.  There is no logical purpose to look at life in any other way in terms of there is no way to look at it, there is no reason to look at it in any other way except in terms of I wish to totally and completely be aware of how absolutely perfect this moment is for my spiritual evolution.  To want to be aware of anything else but that is totally counterproductive and based in falseness.  The eternal experience of life could only be eternally peaceful, eternally loving, eternally compassionate if we approach it in the other way which is how can I become absolutely aware of how perfect and divine every experience that I am having is for the evolution of my eternal soul.  Only in setting that intention will we finally let go of the remnant of the other way of having a relationship with life.  Realizing it is nothing but a distraction based on the past or on the future, neither of which exist.  Relatively speaking in the infinite space of the universe, there is no time, we are in the same space we were from the start.  So to focus on anything but coming to the highest level of awareness as to ‘how is this experience I am having absolutely perfect and divinely placed for the evolution of my eternal soul’.  There is no other purpose to life. 
LESSON 3:  Silence.
Dr. J Now accepting that, to any degree, frees you from trying to understand and figure things out does it not?
LESSON 3:  Yes.
Dr. J And it focuses your intention on one thing.  One thing, which is impossible, ok. The deepest understanding and awareness of that is impossible to come to through your central nervous system.  Because by the time your central nervous system gives you any information that will reinforce or negate that intention, that moment, is what?
LESSON 3:  What?
Dr. J It’s gone.  It’s over.  Which reams truly in the space of time our nervous system only gives us information about the what?
LESSON 3:  Hmm earth?
Dr. J The past, yeah.  Validly and by the time it senses information it give us you know milliseconds, ok what’s milliseconds, but still from the moment you perceive it until the moment you are actually realizing what it is, its over!  And what you are going to perceive next really you have no idea.  So relying on perception to navigate an infinite field doesn’t work.  It is a backup system.  It is a survival system.  That’s how we’ve used it, when in reality it really is only supposed to give us information until we evolve out of it.  The nervous system is a set of training wheels and in the end it will only validate and will learn to validate what the intuitive intention is realizing.  And as the intuitive intention of ‘how can I be absolutely aware of how this experience is divinely perfect for the evolution of my infinite soul’, becomes the purpose of your life, the nervous system will validate that by giving you the most amazing euphoric feelings about how you are experiencing life based on that intention.  Got it.  Which means in my reality, a lot of the time, I live in an orgasm.  I am constantly going off, it’s called bliss and it’s not like the physical orgasm where there is an anticipation of an orgasm and then a fall off.  I’m in a constant state of foreplay.  I’m constantly experiencing the bliss of that anticipation of what’s to come and it never comes because it’s always coming.  It’s never over.  So as anyone knows who experiences orgasm, the best part about the orgasm is right before the actual orgasm.  Because once it’s over then the energy has to reset itself.  But when you learn to live on the edge of that as often as I have been blessed to by setting this intention, I live in that pre-orgasmic state all the time and my nervous system feeds that.  Now a lot of people have this experience temporarily when they get chills through their body when they get that huugghhh, that’s very similar to this space.  But after you are in it a lot you of course adapt to that space and that intensity, but the reason behind it is never lost!  So for you to exist in that space, ok, more and more and more you can’t desire for anyone else to be there, because for you to desire for them to be there means they are not there.  And in reality, where are they?  Right where they are supposed to be.  They are there.  So for you to want them to be somewhere else is counter intuitive.  They are where they are supposed to be.  Everything they can experience is accessible right where they are at.  They don’t need to be somewhere else because relatively speaking where do we all end up going in our lives?  Nowhere.  But when we induce the energy of a movement into things, I’m going forward, we give ourselves the illusion of something happening that isn’t happening.  We are experiencing life.  That’s it, and when we experience life as life, then we are absolutely free because we are absolutely powerless to do anything but be life and in being life, whatever effect we have on those who have not consciously chosen to be life, it will be what?  Appropriate.       
  Silence.
Dr. J Can you see why you are going to need to have these?
LESSON 3:  Yeah, it’s a lot. 
Dr. J Yeah.  That’s you know, you free that one 1000 times and still be getting something out of that one every time.  Ya know, they need to be written down.  You can’t get it by listening to it.  You’ve gotta read it and read it and read it.   But once you get it, you know once you finally assimilate it and once you begin to practice that experience like you have been, it’s like it just becomes natural, doesn’t it? 
LESSON 3:  Hurt too.
Dr. J Yeah it hurts, but as more and more parts are happening, more and more of it is becoming natural right?
LESSON 3:  Mmm Hmmm.
Dr. J Exactly.  And for example the situation you spoke about between you and the other person, you went through that experience, that very intense physical experience, very naturally didn’t you?
LESSON 3:  Mmm Hmmm.
Dr. J You weren’t thinking about it.
LESSON 3:  Oh no.
Dr. J You were it.  For once you weren’t watching yourself in it.  You were it.  You were life.
